First of all, I hope everyone is doing fine. As a valued customer of Festinger Vault, I wanted to update you on recent developments relevant to our platform. We made the Beta section available again for those who are interested in discussing anything.
Please note that:
- We will NOT be able to provide you with any files or services until we receive the court’s verdict on the short hearing, which took place on October 2nd. You can also not share ANY files in this section, as we’ve disabled file uploads, outgoing links, etc. Our services will remain unavailable until we receive the court’s verdict, which our legal team will allow us to proceed with.
- We cannot comment on the ongoing legal lawsuit between Festinger Vault and Automattic. All development updates will be published publicly in the Announcements section.
- Until further notice, we do not provide any files privately or publicly upon request, not by support ticket, social media, or other communication channels.
We are awaiting the verdict from the short-hearing court, which should be available soon. One of the main reasons our services are on hold our offerings to prevent the risk of financial penalties ($xx.xxx / day). The short hearings are initiated to revoke these penalties and to return with the final version of the Festinger Vault plugin, including the long-awaited white-label branding feature, bulk downloads, and many more.
Our team will soon share screenshots of the new white-label branding feature in the Beta section. Please note that you cannot use any of our services’ functions until further notice (our services are 100% offline). If you like to join Beta, feel free to join here.
Please stay tuned. We hope to be back soon. Meanwhile, our dev team has finished all the features for the Festinger Vault plugin. When we are back in business, it will be fully functional. You will love it.
