Add to favorite folder with custom folder

Hi, I checked the feature request and i think this feature has not been requested yet.
Everyone knows most online market they have a feature add to favorite list. Which you can add your fav collection of items.

Can we asd this as well here? And at the same time we can create our own custom favorite list. This to easily access your top plugins, top themes , sorted by custom folders
