Before you drop that plugin or theme request, make sure it’s not on this list. Some items are off-limits due to license restrictions, DMCA notices, or developer policies that we respect — even as a GPL-focused platform.

Please do not request anything from the following:

  • Themes and plugins that originate from Automattic™
  • Themes and plugins listed on WooCommerce™ marketplace.

:red_exclamation_mark: Why This List Exists

Festinger Vault operates in full compliance with the principles of the GNU General Public License (GPL). However, certain developers or vendors may impose additional limitations or technical restrictions that prevent lawful redistribution, even under GPL terms. Specifically:

  • The software may include license verification or activation mechanisms that cannot be lawfully or technically bypassed.
  • Distribution may be limited to account-bound platforms, restricting third-party access to the source files.
  • A formal removal request may have been issued by the rights holder, which we have chosen to honor out of legal caution and respect.
  • The software may include proprietary or non-GPL components that fall outside the scope of open-source distribution.

In such cases, Festinger Vault refrains from making these items available, in order to maintain legal integrity and avoid potential infringement.

  • Anything on the list above
  • Any plugin/theme that’s not GPL-compatible
  • Items with “you must log in to download” barriers we can’t get around
  • Stuff that’s already been removed or declined previously
