:warning: You can ask us for update requests here as well! :love_you_gesture:

To request an update of a particular theme or plugin, kindly let us know your preferred version number and we will update it as soon as possible. Although update requests usually do not make much sense because we publish them as soon as they are available and we have the time to upload them.

So this plugin generates the following error:

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 183 of the file /home/customer/www/yourdomain.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/foogallery-premium-2.2.35/freemius/templates/forms/deactivation/form.php. I used “your domain.com” to provide a more generalized and applicable message to users encountering this issue. The error is related to the “Add New Plugin” screen in WordPress, which appears blank due to an error in the file mentioned above.

The error message indicates that there is an undefined method called “ajax_url()” in the file “form.php” of the plugin.

The “ajax_url()” method is likely a crucial function used by the plugin to perform certain actions asynchronously without refreshing the entire page. Since this method is not defined or accessible, it triggers an error when the code tries to call it.

This particular error can cause the “Add New Plugin” screen in WordPress to appear blank because the plugin code fails to execute properly, preventing the necessary functionality from loading.

To resolve this issue, you may need to update the “foogallery-premium” plugin to the latest version.

@specialheckles

We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.

Is it possible to fix the code on the older version then? Please?

Pro version doesn’t work. Still can’t use premium features.

Please update FooGallery PRO Expert from 2.2.35 to 2.4.15. @Steve
