caused a critical error, anything i need to do use this properly?

okay so i narrowed the problem to this, when i update or add any plugin, it causes the theme to break and causes a critical error. not sure if its my hosting or something else cause it has been fine for over 6 months till yesterday.

Thanks for getting back to us. This looks like an issue related to your web hosting, as I am unable to replicate the problem from my end.
