I can't download any plugins or theme after purchasing the $19 plan

I just purchased the $19 plan, and I can not download themes or plugins on the website, I’m stuck I need help as soon as possible, on my dashboard it says I don’t have a plan, but i just purchased the plan but I have the receipt. What should I do?
