Don’t know why. I installed nextgen gallery and then the pro version, everytime I installed the pro version my whole site was gone Error thrown

Failed opening required ‘/home/wpvault.org/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/module.photocrati_nextgen.php’ (include_path=‘.:’)

And then I had to remove the whole nextgen gallery folder from cpanel file manager to solve this issue.

But still couldn’t use pro version.

@wmprox The file has been replaced now. Redownload and install it.

@Martin I completely understand the vault is all about wordpress plugins. But thought I may still ask if there is is any chance of getting the lightroom plugin that comes with the Imagely subscription. Would be helpful for using that feature of the gallery plugin if possible.

Imagely NextGEN Gallery Pro has been updated to 3.21.0.

Hi @Steve I see the latest update, thanks for that. Did that file include the lightroom plugin that was being mentioned, by chance? Wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing it in the zip, if it was able to be found.

Lightoom plugin is not available in package.

We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.

We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.
