Theme related question

Greetings!

So, switched my hosting to a new provider (happy days, not!) and a lot got left behind on what was supposed to be “seamless migration”.
One of the things that got left behind is the theme data inside the Festinger plugin.
So, I am not able to check if there are updates for my theme as it is not present in the “Theme Updates” tab.

How would you proceed to get that theme in its place?

Thanks for your message here.

I am sorry to read that the migration didn’t go as expected. From my own personal experience, moving hosts can be a real pain in the *ss.

Can you please post a screenshot of your plugins auto update management page?

So we can troubleshoot the issue for you.

Hmm, that’s odd and thanks for providing me with the screenshot.
Does the new website has all the installed plugins as shown on the screenshot?
If yes, please email your temporary admin credentials to hello@festingervault.com and I will personally check it for you.
