The intention of this topic is to give you the opportunity to discuss problems and difficulties with other Festinger Vault customers, e.g. how to address incompatibilities or fix bugs, report malfunctioning features, or get help on how to configure this download.

:warning: You can ask us for update requests here as well! :love_you_gesture:

To request an update of a particular theme or plugin, kindly let us know your preferred version number and we will update it as soon as possible. Although update requests usually do not make much sense because we publish them as soon as they are available and we have the time to upload them.

This plugin is not working.

WooCommerce License Manager has been updated to 4.4.8

It is asking for Envato username and purchase code. Kindly resolve the issue.

Hi, this is only required in order to provide automatic updates for this plugin. The plugin features do work without a license keg, though.

Thanks for the reply. However, the plugin is not working. It is not allowed to proceed further without entering the license information. You can check the same on your test domain for more clarification.

Thanks, we replaced the file and it should work now.

WooCommerce License Manager has been updated to 5.0.1

Unfortunately it’s not working again, I just downloaded for the first time earlier today and although the License Keys options show up on the product, it still asks to activate, and if you try to add a license key admin-ajax.php failed with status code 400. I think this is related to the activation.

Hi @h4x4life – welcome here man!

What version of the plugin are you using?

Hello

Using version 5.0.1

We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.

Meanwhile, please have a look at this thread which explains the entire process.

Thanks so much for looking into this!

Hi @h4x4life – a sure thing, we will post an update here as soon as possible.

WooCommerce License Manager has been updated to 5.0.5.

The newest version (5.0.5) not showing any settings page?
Neither in the sidebar nor in the admin topbar is a license manager as on older versions.
In the Plugin menu there is also no settings link.

Hi @shadowrob,

Thank you for reporting this.

Just to be sure, have you installed and activated WooCommerce? Otherwise the menu doesn’t show.

Yeah right, which Envato Buyer and Purchase code i have to add?
(Cant post images here right now cause of “Sorry, there was an error uploading that file. Please try again.”)
